$3,000 today. The $6,000 a month does not start for thirty days, so you have a full month before it bills at all.

I will email you within one business day to book the first session. Bring whoever is building for you, or bring the mess and we will work out who should be.

Before we talk

It helps if you can put your hands on three things. None of it needs to be tidy. Tidy is my job.

  1. What has been built so far, however rough.
  2. Who has touched it, and what each of them cost.
  3. The thing you actually wanted it to do, in your own words.

If the first thirty days are not worth what you paid, tell me and I will refund them.

And if we agree a target and we do not hit it, I keep working until we do, at no further cost.

We set that target together in the first week, in writing, so neither of us is guessing about what done means.
